The Gift Band Migration Viewport illustrates the migration between gift bands over the selected fiscal year and previous fiscal year for retained donors. In order to be counted as a donor in this report the donor must have been credited with an annual fund cash gift in both fiscal years. The selected fiscal year period is displayed on the horizontal axis of the table and the previous fiscal year is displayed on the vertical axis of the table.
The gift bands represent the sum of credited annual fund cash giving during the two periods. For example, if you see five donors in the cell $10,000+ FYTD2012 and <$100 FY2011 then those records indicate constituents that moved from donating less than $100 last year to more than $10,000 this year.
Each of the numbers in the table are links that will generate a pop-up window that allows you to see the list of the constituent records and their profiles.
