The Proposal Activity by School/Unit viewport calculates, counts, and totals proposals for the different schools or units that occurred in the selected time period. This viewport is a helpful summary to demonstrate the performance of your unique schools or units in one view.
You can toggle between the Count of proposals in each status or the total dollar Amount of proposals in that status.
Click on any of the links within the table to display the list of proposals that make up the results.
Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- School/Unit: The school/unit associated with the proposal, if applicable to your institution (i.e. School of Business, Library, Athletics, etc.).
- Submitted: Proposals that have been submitted (regardless of whether they are awaiting response, have been approved, or declined). They have a "Submitted/Pending", "Approved", or "Declined" status and an Ask Date in the selected time period.
- Declined: Proposals that have been declined. They have a "Declined" status and a Declined Date in the selected time period.
- Granted: Proposals that have been granted. They have an "Approved" status and a Granted Date in the selected time period.
- Submitted Ask >= $25K: The number of proposals that have been submitted with an Ask Date in the selected time period and an Ask Amount of greater than or equal to $25,000.
