The Proposal Activity vs. Peer Group viewport displays an officer's proposal activity for the selected time period relative to their Peer Group. In addition, it summarizes the total activity for the Peer Group.
The Fiscal Year is defaulted to the current fiscal year but can be changed to any of the previous 4 fiscal years by using the drop down at the top of the viewport.
Clicking on any of the links in the table will bring up the list of proposals that make up the results.
Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- Submitted #: This is the number of proposals that have an ask date in the selected time period.
- Submitted $: The sum of the Ask Amounts related to the submitted proposals.
- Pending #: The number of proposals that have a proposal status of "Pending."
- Declined #: The number of proposals that have a proposal status of "Declined" and a Stop Date in the selected time period.
- Granted #: The number of proposals that have a proposal status of "Approved" and have a Granted Date in the selected time period.
- Granted $: The sum of the Granted Amount of proposals that have a proposal status of "Approved" and a Granted Date in the selected time period.
- Submitted Ask > $100K: The number of proposals that have been submitted with an Ask Date in the selected time period and an Ask Amount of greater than or equal to $100,000.
- Peer Group: A set of gift officers that have similar roles and should be evaluated as peers. Peer Groups are configured by your institution's system administrator in the Reeher Platform.
