You are independently responsible for compliance with this policy. Customers are also responsible for their users’ compliance with this policy.

You shall not, and shall not permit third parties to:

  • introduce into the Reeher services any “malware,” such as, but not limited to, viruses, worms, and Trojan Horses;
  • use deep-links, page scrapes, web crawlers, web robots, spiders, wanderers, web scutters, ants, automatic indexers, bots, worms, or other such devices, or programs, algorithms or methodologies which do the same things in connection with the Reeher services, or use other automated processes to access or use the Reeher services;
  • use the Reeher services to post, transmit or link from any unlawful, infringing, misleading, deceptive, libelous, defamatory, plagiarized, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, hate speech, racially or ethnically offensive, obscene, discriminatory, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or SPAM;
  • use the Reeher services to post, transmit or link from any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, or any material that could give rise to civil liability, breach of any person’s privacy or publicity rights, violate any statute, regulation or ordinance, including any privacy laws and regulations, or promote software or Reeher services that deliver unsolicited mail;
  • use the Reeher services in any manner that could damage, disable, undermine, overburden, or impair the Reeher services or the servers on which they run or interfere with any other party’s use of the Reeher services;
  • obtain or attempt to obtain any content through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Reeher services; or
  • use any of the logos, trademarks, service marks, or other indicators of origin appearing on the Reeher services.
