The Number of Prospects Without Contact in 90+ Days Viewport calculates at the close of each month who an officer is assigned to in the trailing three months and of those individuals looks at how many were not contacted in the last three months. The report then displays the number of prospects that an had not received a contact within the last 90 days as of the end of each month.

Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- Assignments are determined based on the start and stop dates and then relates the assignment history to a prospect and officer. If your institution does not track the start and stop date of each assignment then this report will be calculated based on the officers' assignments as of today. This report then compares the officer to his or her Peer Group's average. You can scroll over the bars in the viewport for additional information or click on the bar to see who was assigned and not contacted. Furthermore, you can select to only include Primary relationship assignments, Non-Primary (i.e. any other assignment type), or All assignment types by clicking on the appropriate radio button at the top of the Viewport.
