All metrics are within the context of the selected school/unit giving designations, primary relationship types, and time periods. The Unit Change column displays the increase or decrease in dollars or donors from the previous fiscal year to the selected fiscal year. The % Change column displays the percent increase or decrease from the previous fiscal year to the selected fiscal year.

Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
Retained: Donors who were credited (i.e. soft credit and hard credit) with a cash donation to one of the selected school/unit giving designations in the given time period and in the entire preceding year period (in the case of fiscal year to date, the number of entities credited in the given period to date, and the entire preceding year period). An entity must have given to one of the selected designations in both years to be considered retained.
Upgrades: Retained donors whose credited giving to the selected giving designations in the given time period is greater than their credited giving to the selected giving designations in the preceding time period.
Downgrades: Retained donors whose credited giving to the selected giving designations in the given time period is less than their credited giving to the selected giving designations in the preceding time period.
Same Amount: Retained donors whose credited giving to the selected giving designations in the given time period is the same as their credited giving to the selected giving designations in the preceding time period.
Donor Performance: The number of entities of that were credited (i.e. soft credit and hard credit) with a cash donation of each migration category in the given time period. This includes only transactions designated to one of the selected school/unit giving designations, and from entities with one of the Primary Relationship Types selected.
Dollar Performance: Sum of the legal cash giving from each migration category in the given time period. This includes only transactions designated to one of the selected school/unit giving designations, and from entities with one of the Primary Relationship Types selected.
