The Visits by School/Unit viewport displays the number of visits made by the selected officer(s) by associated school or unit in the current month, the fiscal year to date totals, and the previous fiscal year to date totals. The viewport then calculates the variation between the total number of contacts from the current FYTD and the previous FYTD, then displays the variation percentage in the last column of the chart.
Clicking on any of the links in the table will bring up the list of contact records that make up the results.
Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- School/Unit: The school/unit associated with the activity, if applicable to your institution (i.e. School of Business, Library, Athletics, etc.).
- Visits: Any contact that is mapped as a "visit" based on your institution's contact type mapping.
- % Change: The variation percentage between the number of contacts from the current FYTD total and the previous FYTD total.
