The Submitted Proposal PipelineStatus by Target Ask Date Viewport displays the expected pipeline of proposals for the current or upcoming fiscal year. This Viewport aggregates the total Ask or Target Ask Amounts for your Submitted, upcoming, and overdue proposals for each month.
Use the period menu at the top right to select the current or upcoming fiscal year. proposals associated with selected campaign project that have a planned ask during the selected time period.

This Viewport looks for proposals that were submitted in a given month (using Ask Date), plus proposals that haven't yet been submitted with Target Ask Dates in a given month.

Non-submitted proposals with a Target Ask Date in the future are marked "Upcoming", whereas those with a date in the past are marked as Overdue.

Hovering over a bar on the chart will display the total Submitted or Target Ask Amount for that month. Click the bar to display a list of the proposals that correspond to the criteria of the chart. 

Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:

• Submitted: Proposals that are Submitted/Pending and have an Ask Date within the selected time period.
  
• Upcoming: Proposals that are In Development with a Target Ask Date within the selected time period, in the future.
  
• Overdue: Proposals that are In Development with an a Target Ask Date Date within the selected time period, in the past.
• Target Ask Amount: The target or goal amount the officer(s) will ask forestablished prior to asking the prospect for a fundraising commitment.
  
• Target Ask Date: The date the officer(s) plans to make the ask.
• Ask Amount: The original amount requested from the donor.
• Ask Date: The date the ask occurred.
  
• Ask Amount: The actual amount the officer(s) asked for.
