The Submitted Status by Target Ask Date Viewport displays the proposals associated with selected campaign project that have a planned ask during the selected time period.
This Viewport looks for proposals that were submitted in a given month (using Ask Date), plus proposals that haven't yet been submitted with Target Ask Dates in a given month.
Non-submitted proposals with a Target Ask Date in the future are marked "Upcoming", whereas those with a date in the past are marked as Overdue.
Hovering over a bar on the chart will display the total Submitted or Target Ask Amount for that month. Click the bar to display a list of the proposals that correspond to the criteria of the chart.
Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- Submitted: Proposals that are Submitted/Pending and have an Ask Date within the selected time period.
- Upcoming: Proposals that are In Development with a Target Ask Date within the selected time period, in the future.
- Overdue: Proposals that are In Development with a Target Ask Date within the selected time period, in the past.
- Target Ask Amount: The target or goal amount established prior to asking the prospect for a fundraising commitment.
- Target Ask Date: The date the officer(s) plans to make the ask.
- Ask Amount: The original amount requested from the donor.
- Ask Date: The date the ask occurred.
