The Active Proposal Pipeline Viewport Target Ask Amount by Month Viewport displays the expected pipeline of proposals for various forecast periods proposals within the selected campaign projects with a Target Ask Date in the selected time range (e.g. 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months, 24 Months, and 36 Months).

This Viewport aggregates the total Target Ask Amount for each month based on the Target Ask Amount and Target Ask Date fields associated with the selected officer(s) active campaign project's proposals. You must track Target Ask Amount and Target Ask Date in order for data to populate to this Viewport.

Use the drop down menu to select a different forecast period within the selected fiscal year. 

This Viewport is only available displays data for the active fiscal year or calendar year. When previous fiscal years or previous calendar years are selectedcurrent month or future months. When selecting a date range in the past in the Project Reporting page filters, no data will display in this viewport..

Hovering over a bar on the chart will display the total Target Amount for that month. Click the bar to display a list of the proposals that correspond the the criteria of the chart.

Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:

• Target Ask Amount: Total dollar amount based on the Target Amount for active proposals The target or goal amount established prior to asking the prospect for a fundraising commitment.
