The Visit Comparison by Officer viewport displays the visit activities of all your Permitted Officers - that is, all the officers you have permission to view based on your user account settings. Your system administrator controls these permissions, and can make any necessary changes if some officers do not show up in your report.

The Fiscal Year can be changed using the drop down at the top of the tab. This drop down will reload all Viewports in the tab with the selected fiscal year.

Click on any of the links in the table to see the list of visits that make up the results.

Key Definitions:

  • Permitted Officers: All the officers you have permission to view based on your user account settings. Your system administrator controls these permissions, and can make any necessary changes if some officers do not show up in your report.
  • Visits: Any contact that is mapped as a visit based on your institution's contact type mapping. This counts the number of visits in each category, so if an entity was visited for the first time during the period and was visited three times during the period, this would count as three visits toward New Relationships.
  • Entities Visited: This shows the number of unique entities visited by each officer. By this measure, if an entity was visited more than once, they would still only be counted once.
  • New Relationships: Entities who received their first visit in the selected time period.
  • Developing Relationships: Entities who were visited 1-4 times prior to the selected time period.
  • Existing Relationships: Entities who were visited 5 or more times prior to the selected time period.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Why would the Total not be same as the three columns added together? It is possible that a single visit with multiple constituents may fall into different categories depending on the the individual constituents' visit history, resulting in a single visit crossing two or all three relationship type categories.
