This list consists of key new features, as well as issues reported by or of interest to customers. It is not an exhaustive list of updates.


New Features and Improvements

  1. Officer Benchmarks has been updated with a new, easy to read look. Letter grades are now used to represent how a particular value maps to the four quartiles for that metric.
  2. For Activity Center customers, Contact Reports have been updated to include new values in the Outcome field. Customers also have the option to provide custom values (by sharing them with Customer Support) for this field.
  3. New Funding Type columns have been added to tables that display proposals.

Bug Fixes

  1. Code mapping for Appeals has been updated so it correctly saves changes.
  2. When creating or editing a proposal, large lists of officers display fully.
  3. The drilldown details for several viewports have been updated to more accurately reflect the expected results.
  4. In Class Agent, campaign metrics no longer count inactive entities, unless they have donated to the campaign.
