This list consists of key new features, as well as issues reported by or of interest to customers. It is not an exhaustive list updates.
New Features and Improvements
- New Experience for Notifications, including email Digests and Application Notifications to boost the way you work. Click here for more information.
- Proposals can now be started and saved as a draft, if not all required information is known up front. Draft proposals can be accessed from the Activity Center section of the drawer, and once all required information is entered, a draft can be submitted as an official proposal. Draft proposals do not count in any of the viewport metrics around proposals.
- Viewports in the Appeals section of the Annual Fund layer now load much faster
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where, in certain situations, exporting a list of proposals would export additional records.
- Fixed an issue where, if the Assigned Volunteers column was added to the Assignments table in Class Agent, unassigned prospects would not display.
- Fixed an issue where simulating multiple agents within Class Agent could display inconsistent results. Now, users will be only be able to simulate 1 agent at a time. When simulating another agent, any other agent simulations will will be logged out to avoid inconsistencies.
- Fixed an issue where Activity Center users who were not mapped as gift officers could not submit contact reports through email
Other
- Proposals no longer require the expected amount to be entered before the granted amount can be entered, and no longer require the ask amount to be entered before the expected amount can be entered.
- In Targeter, queries now default to Private rather than Public when saving
