Submitted Status by Target Ask Date

The Submitted Status by Target Ask Date Viewport displays the expected pipeline of proposals for the current or upcoming fiscal year. This Viewport aggregates the total Ask or Target Ask Amounts for your Submitted, upcoming, and overdue proposals for each month.

Use the period menu at the top right to select the current or upcoming fiscal year. 

Hovering over a bar on the chart will display the total Submitted or Target Ask Amount for that month. Click the bar to display a list of the proposals that correspond to the criteria of the chart.

 

Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:

• Submitted: Proposals that are Submitted/Pending and have an Ask Date within the selected time period.
  
• Upcoming: Proposals that are In Development with a Target Ask Date within the selected time period.
  
• Overdue: Proposals that are In Development with an Target Ask Date in the past.
• Target Ask Amount: The amount the officer(s) will ask for.
  
• Target Ask Date: The date the officer(s) plans to make the ask.
• Ask Date: The date the ask occurred.
• Ask Amount: The actual amount the officer(s) asked for.
