The Proposal Comparison by Officer Viewport displays the proposal activities of all officers your Permitted Officers - that is, all the officers you have permission to view based on your user account settings. Your system administrator controls these permissions, and can make any necessary changes if some officers do not show up in your report.
The Fiscal Year can be changed using the drop down at the top of the tab. This drop down will reload all Viewports in the tab with the selected fiscal year.
You also can toggle between the Count of proposals in each status or the total dollar Amount of proposals in that status.
Click on any of the links in the table to see the list of proposals that make up the results.
Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- Permitted Officers: All the officers you have permission to view based on your user account settings. Your system administrator controls these permissions, and can make any necessary changes if some officers do not show up in your report.
- Submitted: Proposals that have been submitted (regardless of whether they are awaiting response, have been approved, or declined). They have a "Submitted/Pending", "Approved", or "Declined" status and an Ask Date in the selected time period.
- Granted: Proposals that have been granted. They have an "Approved" status and a Granted Date in the selected time period.
- Submitted Ask >= $25K: The number of proposals that have been submitted with an Ask Date in the selected time period and an Ask Amount of greater than or equal to $25,000.
