The Portfolio Commitments by Designation Purpose viewport shows the commitment dollars raised and number of prospects donating in an officer's portfolio for each designation purpose.
You can change this viewport to include Primary relationship assignments, Non-Primary (i.e. any other assignment type), or All assignment types by choosing the appropriate selection at the top of the viewport. You can also change the report period to show donations from previous periods or calendar year periods. The dollars reported are based on commitments (i.e. pledges and gifts, but not payments on pledges).
Clicking on any of the links in the table will bring up the list of donors that make up the results.
Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- Designation Purpose: The particular purpose for which the donation was allocated within your institution.
- Commitments: The total legal amount of transactions. Includes gift and pledge transactions.
- Donors: The number of unique prospects with a donor qualifying commitment transaction (donor indicator is set to true on the transaction).
