The release notes reflected below are from the past several releases of Fundraiser Performance Management. This list consists of key new features, as well as issues reported by or of interest to customers. It is not an exhaustive list of updates.

Please note since the last release, the majority of the releases have been focused on high urgency bug fixes and behind-the-scenes improvements. 

New features

  • Additional features were added for those customers who provide scores to Fundraiser Performance Management.
    • For Targeter queries, we added new filters under Predictive Scores:
      • Target Analytics Wealth Segmentation – this represents an alpha-numeric segmentation assigned to each household that combines philanthropic tendencies and the 4 wealth attributes (Income, Net Worth, Invested Assets, and Discretionary Spending).
      • Target Gift Range – this represents the amount the donor is likely and capable of giving to your organization over a 12-month period. Minimum score is $1-$50. Maximum score is $100,001 +.
    • On the Relationship Profile page, we added a new Additional Blackbaud Scores link that when selected displays all of the Target Analytics scores information. 
  • For Targeter, we added new columns “Fiscal Year 2021 Donor Status” and “Fiscal Year 2022 Donor Status,” where the status displays the constituent’s donor status for the respective fiscal year.

Bug fixes and maintenance 

In addition to general maintenance, specific customer bugs, and security work, load times and platform speed were also addressed.

  • We fixed an issue on the Major Giving, Officer Performance page where the Prospect Stage Distribution vs. Peer Group viewport displayed different values when you toggled between number view and percent view. They now show the same value no matter which view you select.
  • We fixed an issue on the Annual Giving, Appeals page where the Direct Marketing Response Rate viewport doesn’t show the accurate amounts on the chart view with categories selected as when view the table view.
  • We resolved an issue where resizing the viewports in the Console didn’t save when you left the page and returned. Resizing of the viewports is now saved.
  • We resolved an issue where Targeter map markers disappeared when zooming in.
  • We resolved an issue where including the Business County column in Targeter results caused the Home and Preferred address columns to be blank.
  • We resolved an issue where the Donor Type viewport on the Appeal Summary page (in Annual Giving, Appeals) was showing incorrect data.
  • We resolved an issue in Annual Giving, Appeals page where the Appeals table was not loading.
  • We resolved an issue that caused the Identified Prospects Comparison viewport on the Prospect Management page slow to load or not at all.
  • We resolved an issue that caused an error page to appear when exporting the appeals table.
  • We resolved an issue where having more than one gift officer creating proposals caused errors to occur.
  • We resolved an issue that caused Prospect Assignments page under Major Giving to not load.
