The Granted Status by Expected Date Viewport displays the expected pipeline of proposals for current or upcoming fiscal year. This Viewport aggregates the total Granted or Expected Amounts for your granted, upcoming, and overdue proposals for each month.
Use the period menu at the top right to select the current or upcoming fiscal year.
Hovering over a bar on the chart will display the total Granted or Expected Amount for that month. Click the bar to display a list of the proposals that correspond to the criteria of the chart.
Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- Granted: Proposals that have a Granted Date within the selected time period.
- Upcoming: Proposals with an Expected Date within the selected time period.
- Overdue: Proposals that still have an open status with an Expected Date in the past.
- Expected Date: The date that the proposal is expected to close.
- Expected Amount: The amount of the proposal that is expected to be granted/committed.
- Granted Date: The date the proposal was granted by the donor.
- Granted Amount: The dollar amount the donor granted against the proposal.
