The Donors Influenced by Agent viewport compares the number of solicitation activities logged by each volunteer (agent) to the number of donors who were influenced by those activities.
Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- Agent: All volunteers assigned to this campaign. Clicking on the volunteer's name shows the volunteer profile.
- Solicitations Logged: Totals all solicitations-related contacts (Letter/Email, Phone, Text) that have been entered into the system by your volunteers. Each contact is counted once in this column, even if the same constituent is contacted multiple times. Thank Yous are not included as part of these activities since they would likely occur after the donation and would not influence the initial gift.
- Entities Solicited: The total of all of the individual constituents who have been contacted by volunteers, not including Thank Yous. Multiple contacts to the same constituent are counted once in this column.
- Donors Influenced: The number of constituents who donated within 2 months of being contacted by a volunteer in this campaign. Donors must meet Gift Rules as defined in the Campaign Setup.
- Donation Rate: The number of Donors Influenced divided by the Entities Contacted.
