The Donors Influenced by Activity Type viewport compares the number of solicitation activities logged by your volunteers to the number of donors who were influenced by those activities.
Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- Activity Type: The different types of contact methods (Letter/Email, Phone, Text) that can be entered into Blackbaud Volunteer Network Fundraising by your volunteers. Thank Yous are not included as part of these activities since they would likely occur after the donation and would not influence the initial gift.
- Solicitations Logged: Totals all solicitations related contacts (Letter/Email, Phone, Text) that have been entered into the system by your volunteers. Each contact is counted once in this column, even if the same constituent is contacted multiple times.
- Entities Solicited: The total of all of the individual constituents who have been contacted by volunteers, not including Thank Yous. Multiple contacts to the same constituent are counted once in this column.
- Donors Influenced: The number of constituents who donated within 2 months of being contacted by a volunteer in this campaign. Donors must meet Gift Rules as defined in the Campaign Setup.
- Donation Rate: The number of Donors Influenced divided by the Entities Contacted.
