The Contacts by Month viewport displays in a bar chart the number of contacts for the past twelve months compared to the number of contacts for the same month in the previous fiscal year. This viewport demonstrates the contact performance against the previous year by contact type.
Click on the radio buttons at the top of this viewport to see “All” or the breakdown by contact type
In addition, you can hover over the bars in the viewport for a total count for the number of contacts, or click on the bar to display a list of contact records that make up those results.

- Contact Type: Type values displayed are based on Reeher's contact types (e.g. Visit, Phone, Letter/Email, Event, or Other). Your internal contact types have been mapped by your Reeher System administrator for the purpose of categorizing them within the Platform.
