The Contacts by Contact Type viewport displays the number of contacts made by the selected officer(s) by contact type in the current month, the fiscal year to date totals, and the previous fiscal year to date totals. The viewport then calculates the variation between the total number of contacts from the current FYTD and the previous FYTD, then displays the variation percentage in the last column of the chart.
Clicking on any of the links in the table will bring up the list of contact records that make up the results.
