The Contact Purpose mapping allows you to map your institution's contact purposes to standard contact purpose selections for reporting purposes in FPM. You can map each of your institution's contact purpose to one of the following standard FPM options:

• Identification
• Qualification
• Cultivation
• Solicitation
• Stewardship
• Engagement
• Other

The Edit Contact Purpose Mapping table shows all of the codes you have defined, even if the codes are not in use (these will have 0 records). The table also shows all codes that are in use, even if a code definition was not found (Your Description will show "No Description Found").
