The Contacts by Contact Purpose viewport displays in a pie chart all contacts in the current fiscal year broken out by contact purpose.
Any contacts where no purpose description is found are classified as "Unknown." The viewport displays the top 10 contact purposes. Any additional purposes are classified as "Other(s)."
In addition, you can hover over the pie chart sections in the viewport for a total count for the number of contacts, or click on the section to display a list of contact records that make up those results.
