Blackbaud Guided Fundraising enables you to coordinate multi-channel activity to engage more personally with your constituents. There are 2 main components to Guided Fundraising - the Staff Dashboard and the Agent Portal. The Staff dashboard is where you go to set up and manage your campaigns. The Agent Portal is where agents go to perform their outreach.
