You are independently responsible for compliance with this policy. Customers are also responsible for their users’ compliance with this policy.

You shall not, and shall not permit third parties to:

YOU SHALL NOT, AND SHALL NOT PERMIT THIRD PARTIES TO:

(a) introduce into the Reeher services any “malware,” such as, but not limited to, viruses, worms, and Trojan Horses;
(b) use deep-links, page scrapes, web crawlers, web robots, spiders, wanderers, web scutters, ants, automatic indexers, bots, worms, or other such devices, or programs, algorithms or methodologies which do the same things in connection with the Reeher services, or use other automated processes to access or use the Reeher services;
(c) use the Reeher services to post, transmit or link from any unlawful, infringing, misleading, deceptive, libelous, defamatory, plagiarized, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, hate speech, racially or ethnically offensive, obscene, discriminatory, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or SPAM;
(d) use the Reeher services to post, transmit or link from any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, or any material that could give rise to civil liability, breach of any person’s privacy or publicity rights, violate any statute, regulation or ordinance, including any privacy laws and regulations, or promote software or Reeher services that deliver unsolicited mail;
(e) use the Reeher services in any manner that could damage, disable, undermine, overburden, or impair the Reeher services or the servers on which they run or interfere with any other party’s use of the Reeher services;
(f) obtain or attempt to obtain any content through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Reeher services; or
(g) use any of the logos, trademarks, service marks, or other indicators of origin appearing on the Reeher services.

 

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS SUBSCRIBING TO REEHER’S ONEAPPEAL SOLUTION:

(h) engage in threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive or fraudulent behavior
(i) call, message, store, post or transmit harassing, threatening or abusive materials, e-mail or information;
(j) sending unsolicited calls, messaging, e-mails (including, without limitation, commercial advertising and informational announcements) if such unsolicited activities could reasonably be expected to or do in fact provoke complaints;
(k) falsifying User or other identifying information provided to Reeher or to other Users of the Services;
(l) use of any Services for the purposes of engaging in an activity in connection or conjunction with any pornographic and/or adult entertainment industry purpose, regardless of whether such activity is lawfully permitted;
(m) auto-dialing or predictive-dialing (sometimes referred to as “robo-dialing”);
(n) use of free conference calling or similar services that Reeher in its sole discretion deems to participate in traffic stimulation practices or schemes that result in excessive charges;
(o) use of an open telephone line as a monitoring, intercom or similar service;
(p) long duration calls (defined as calls to the same number in excess of four continuous or cumulative hours within a 24 hour period) and/or calls placed to specific numbers / destinations for the purpose of generating charges or fees for or with a third party;
