The AF FY Comparison by Primary Relationship Type Comparison Viewport displays the donor and dollar performance by primary relationship type for the selected fiscal year. This report allows you to toggle between donors and dollars by clicking on the radio buttons above the table. By default the Viewport displays the results for the current fiscal year, but you can select one of the previous four fiscal year periods by using the drop down in the upper right-hand corner.The % Change column displays the percent increase or decrease from the previous fiscal year to the selected fiscal year.
The Fiscal Year can be changed using the drop down at the top of the tab. This drop down will reload all Viewports in the tab with the selected fiscal year.
The dollar and donor Measurement can be changed using the drop down at the top of the Viewport. Any changes made to the measurement selection are stored, so the Viewport will display your last selection the next time you log in.
Click on any of the links within the table to display a list of constituent records that make up the results.

Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- Primary Relationship Type: The constituent's primary relationship type as provided by your institution in the nightly data feed. While some constituents have more than one relationship type (i.e. a constituent that is an Alumna/us and a Parent), each constituent has only one primary relationship type which is chosen by your institution.
- Cash: Includes gift and pledge payment transactions. This reflects actual dollars received during the period, and donors who paid during the period.
- Commitment: Includes gift and pledge transactions. This reflects dollars generated / committed during the period, and donors who made some kind of commitment during the period, whether or not they paid during the period.
- Pledge: Includes only pledge transactions.
- Dollars: The total legal amount of the transactions.
- Donors: The number of unique entities with a donor qualifying transaction (donor indicator is set to true on the transaction).
