The Prospect Stage Proposal Status Distribution vs. Peer Group viewport compares viewport displays the number of prospect records in an officer's portfolio by prospect stage. This distribution of prospect records by stage is compared to the average distribution of the officer's distribution of proposal for the selected time period relative to their Peer Group, grouped by proposal status. In addition, it summarizes the total activity for the Peer Group.

You can view this distribution to include Primary relationship assignments, Non-Primary (i.e. any secondary assignment type), or All assignment types by clicking on the appropriate radio button at the top of the viewport. based on Fiscal Year or by Calendar Year via a dropdown in the viewport. You also can toggle between the Count of proposals in each status or the total dollar Amount of proposals in that status.

In addition, you can hover over the bars in the viewport for additional information or click on the bar to see which prospect records are proposals in each cultivation stagestatus.

 

Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:

  • Prospect Stage: The stages you use internally have been mapped for reporting purposes to the five stages displayed in this report (i.e. identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship). Your internal prospect stages are displayed in the pop-up list generated by clicking on the bar in the reportIn Development: Proposals that have not yet been asked. They have an "In Development" status and a Target Ask Date in the selected time period.
  • Asked: Proposals that have been asked and are awaiting a response. They have an "Submitted/Pending" status and an Ask Date in the selected time period.
  • Granted: Proposals that have been granted. They have an "Approved" status and a Granted Date in the selected time period.
  • Declined: Proposals that have been declined. They have a "Declined" status and a Declined Date in the selected time period.
  • Peer Group: A set of gift officers that have similar roles and should be evaluated as peers. Peer Groups are configured by your institution's system administrator in Fundraiser Performance Management.
