The Proposal Activity vs. Peer Group viewport displays an officer's proposal activity for the selected time period relative to their Peer Group. In addition, it summarizes the total activity for the Peer Group.

The Fiscal Year is defaulted to the current fiscal year but can be changed (up to any of the previous 5 FYs) 4 fiscal years by using the drop down at the top of the viewport.
