The Days Since Last Contact vs. Peer Group Viewport viewport shows an officer's assigned prospects organized by the number of days since they were last contacted. Their The last contact is based on the last time they were contacted by anyone, and not only their assigned gift officer. The officer's prospect distribution is compared to the average distribution of all officers in their peer group.
You can change the distribution to include Primary relationship assignments, Non-Primary (i.e. any other secondary assignment typetypes), or All assignment types by choosing the appropriate selection at the top of the Viewportviewport.
You can also change the Viewport viewport to display the Number of prospects in each category, or the Percent of the officer's prospect assignments in each category.

Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- Days Since Last Contact: The number of days since the constituent was last contacted. The contact could have come from anyone, not only their assigned gift officer.
- Peer Group: A set of gift officers that have similar roles and should be evaluated as peers. Peer Groups are configured by your institution's system administrator in the Reeher Platform.
