The Edit Contact Type Mapping table shows all of the codes you have defined, even if there are 0 records using the code. The table also shows all codes found in your appeal type field, even if a code definition was not provided.
Any changes you make Changes made to the contact type mapping will be reflected immediately in the Platformmay not reflect in the platform until the next time you nightly feed is processed.
