• AF EVI Groups: Annual Fund EVI is a score that best ranks your institution's constituents to determine who is the best annual fund prospect based on their predicted giving amounts (99= best and hightest score and 1 = worstlowest score). Each record is assigned a value and has been grouped into 10 ranges for the purposes of this report. No AF EVI means they do not have a current AF EVI value.
• Number of Records: The number of records that are scored with an AF EVI value in this range.
• Non-Donors: The number of records in the AF EVI group that have not been credited with an annual fund cash gift in this fiscal year-to-date.
• Donors: The number of records in the AF EVI group that have been credited with an annual fund cash gift in this fiscal year-to-date.
• Percent of Donors: The percent of donors in the AF EVI group of the total donors fiscal year-to-date.
• Participation: The percent of donors in the AF EVI group of the total records in the AF EVI range.
• Dollars: The total legal annual fund cash generated from this AF EVI group fiscal year-to-date.
• Percent of Dollars: The percent of annual fund dollars from the AF EVI group of the total annual fund dollars raised fiscal year-to-date.
