The Operating Reports tab, located in the Advancement layer, lets you provide trending information and up-to-date figures on the key performance indicators of your total organization's fundraising efforts.

The Operating Reports also allow you to dissect your institution's fundraising performance by your the various school/units and constituent groups. In this tab, you can set the context of all underlying Viewports based on specific school/unit giving designations and primary relationship types.

Only the The Overall Performance Summary Viewport viewport will be open automatically opened when you first visit the Operating Reports Tab.  HoweverFrom there, if you can open additional Viewports or change any of the drop downs within the Tab, then the tab. The next time you visit this Tabtab, it will automatically open the tables with the settings you've selected on your most recent visit. This is done by using cookies that are stored on your browser. Each Viewport contains two columns called Unit Change and % Unit Change.  Unit Change calculates the numeric change of the measured values (e.g. donors, dollars, etc.) in the two most recent time periods displayed in the report.  The % Unit Change column also calculates the change between the two most recent time periods displayed in the report on a percentage basis.  Positive numbers are highlighted in green and negative numbers are highlighted in red.

Throughout all the Viewports you will notice that the donor counts in the reports are appear as links.  You can click on any of the donor links to drill into the detail and view the donor list.
