The Visits by Month (cumulative) vs. Peer Group viewport displays the number of visits an officer has made in the cumulatively through the end of each month in the current fiscal year. The Peer Group average is then also calculated for comparison.

The Fiscal Year is defaulted to the current fiscal year but can be changed to any of the previous 4 fiscal years by using the drop down at the top of the viewport.

In addition, you can hover over the bars in the viewport for visit count totals, or click on the bars to see a list of which prospect were visited.

 

Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:

  • Visits: Number of contact records, where the contact type is a visit, that have been recorded and relate to the selected officer from the beginning of the fiscal year to the end of each month displayed.
  • Peer Group: A set of gift officers that have similar roles and should be evaluated as peers. Peer Groups are configured by your institution's system administrator in Fundraiser Performance Management.
