The Proposals Submitted by Month viewport displays the number of proposals an officer has submitted in each month of the current fiscal year. This is then compared to the number of proposals submitted by month in the previous fiscal year. This viewport is helpful for comparing whether or not the selected officer is submitting more or fewer proposals than in the previous fiscal year period. For the purposes of this report, the proposal is considered submitted if the Ask Date occurs in the corresponding month.
The Fiscal Year is defaulted to the current fiscal year but can be changed to any of the previous 4 fiscal years by using the drop down at the top of the viewport.
In addition, you can hover over the bars in the viewport for the total for that month, or click on the bars to see list of submitted proposals for that month.
Key Definitions Related to this Viewport:
- Proposals Initiated: This is the total number of proposals that have an ask date in the selected time period.
